8. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. Do you ship overseas?

We want to spread the joy no matter where you are! Our official store is currently shipping domestically. 

However, if you have an Amazon account, please check to see if the product you want is shipping internationally from our Amazon store!

Where is my package?

We totally understand your frustration when you are not able to find your package. Please check your email or messenger (depending on how you complete the purchase) to see if there’s a tracking number provided.

It usually takes 24-48 hours for the system to update the tracking number for you after we prepare the shipment.  

If you did find your tracking number, please check the carrier tracking site with the most up to date status! If it’s delivered but you still can’t find it? Look around to check if the package were delivered to the apartment office, locker, neighbors door, etc.

Difference between Standard & Expedited Shipping?

Your order will be arriving in 5-7 business days if you selected standard shipping.

As for expedited shipping, it usually takes 2-3 business days. 

We only ship to the 48 contiguous states. Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Guam are not yet included in Joyin's shipping list.

How fast is Free Shipping?

We offer free shipping for the qualified orders and your order should arrive within 5-7 business days.

I made a mistake on the shipping information at checkout, how do I change that?

Whoops, it happens! We can definitely try our best to help you change the shipping information before the order shipped out.

If the order has been shipped, please contact the location you mistakenly put to see if they can forward the shipment to you.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

Returns & Replacements

How do I return my order?

Bringing you 100% of happiness is our mission! After receiving your product, you have 30 days to return if it doesn’t meet your expectations.

Please email us at rosie.yi@joyin.co with your order number and the reason why you are returning so our friendly Joy Crew can assist you. Please note that we do not offer gift exchanges at this moment. 

Once we receive the return package, we’ll gladly refund your purchase price. The refund will be sent to the original form of payment. Your bank may require additional time to post this transaction to your account.

Non-quality problem orders returned, we will not bear the return shipping costs. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Note: Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. But if the return is due to our fault, we will bear the return shipping costs for you. Thank you for your understanding! Please keep any emails or text you receive regarding your order as they may contain important information. 

To qualify for return, merchandise must be in new condition, unworn, and in their original packaging. All returns will be credited to the original form of payment, and all returnable products will be refunded for the full purchase price.

Note that seasonal merchandise (e.g. Christmas, Easter, and Halloween items, including costumes) may be returned up to 7 days prior to the holiday, in original condition, and with a store receipt or order confirmation email. If a return is made within that 7-day period, you will be refunded in store credit*.

When will I receive a refund?

As soon as possible! Once you get a refund notification, you should be receiving your refund back to your initial payment method within 5-10 business days.

If you don’t see it within 14 business days, please contact your bank to see if it’s still processing. If not, please reach out to our Joy Crew so we can investigate the case for you!

I got a defective or damaged product, what should I do?

If the item you wish to return is inoperable but has no apparent damage, it is considered defective.

Please text us at (602) 922-9782 or email us at rosie.yi@joyin.co with your order number and a photo of the broken product so we can send you a brand new replacement or refund you depending on your preference.

How do I find a replacement part?

We wish we could replace all missing pieces for your product but unfortunately for most of the products, we do not have stock on all parts and pieces.

If you’re missing a piece or received an incomplete item, please email us at rosie.yi@joyin.co with your Order Number and a photo of the product you’ve received. Once we receive your order, we will send you an email or a text confirmation depending on which one you selected at checkout.

Your order number should be provided and it would start with JY following 4 digits, eg. #SF1234.

What is the status of my order?

Can I cancel or change the items in my order?

We do our best to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, but if you need to adjust or cancel your order, please contact us at rosie.yi@joyin.co at your earliest convenience.

If we couldn’t cancel or adjust your order in time, please return the delivery to the sender and let us know via email so we can assist you!

You could create an account from the customer login page by clicking on the “sign up” button.  Meanwhile, you can also create an account at check out from your shopping cart. Just follow the sign-up instructions, easy peasy!

How do I use the promo code?

You can apply the promo code at the checkout page, then click apply! The discount should be listed in the payment calculation. 

For free shipping promotions, please note that free shipping is applied to the order subtotal after discounts (and before shipping fees and taxes).

• We reserve the right to limit quantities purchased on promotion.
• Promotions are for a limited period, and the dates covered by the promotion are listed in the fine print.
• Various promotions have minimum purchase requirements. These requirements are set forth as part of the online promotion description. When calculating the minimum purchase amount, we do not include charges for shipping, handling, or the applicable tax. The minimum purchase amount is net of discounts and does not include gifts with purchase or free items.
• Unless otherwise stated as part of the promotion description, all promotions require a purchase.
• Free Shipping offers are available only to non-P.O. Box addresses in the continental United States. All orders are subject to sales tax except Alaska, Delaware, Montana, New Hampshire, and Oregon.
